Novenas to Our Lady of Fatima

Novenas to Our Lady of Fatima

Nine Day short Novena to Our Lady of Fatima

Most Holy Virgin, who has deigned to come to Fatima to reveal to the three little shepherds the
treasures of graces hidden in the recitation of the Rosary, inspire our hearts with a sincere love of this devotion, so that by meditating on the mysteries of our redemption that are recalled in it, we may gather the fruits and obtain the conversion of sinners, the conversion of Russia, and this favour that I so earnestly seek … which I ask of you in this novena, for the greater glory of God, for your own honour, and for the good of all people. Amen

Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be to the Father …

Nine Day Longer Novena to Our Lady of Fatima

Day 1

Our Lady of the Rosary, the Holy Trinity sent the Angel of Peace to the three shepherd children, Jacinta, Lucia and Francisco, to prepare them for their meetings with you. Take away our fears and by your intercession give us the grace to believe, hope, adore and love God, and also to ask pardon of those who do not believe, nor adore, nor hope, nor love Him. May we pray thus, confident that your Immaculate Heart, and the Sacred Heart of Jesus, your Son, are always ready to listen to our prayers.

Now make your petition to Our Lady of Fatima and then pray the Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be

Day 2

Our Lady of the Rosary, just as the Angel of Peace urged the children to pray fervently because your Immaculate Heart, and the Sacred Heart of Jesus, had merciful designs on them, so also may we have the grace through your intercession to offer our prayers and sacrifices to God, the Most High, so that everything we do may become an act of reparation for the sins by which He is offended, and in supplication for sinners. By doing this, particularly through praying the Rosary, may we help to bring peace to the world, while bearing and accepting with patience the sufferings of life.

Now make your petition to Our Lady of Fatima and then pray the Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be

Day 3

Our Lady of the Rosary, just as the Angel of Peace knelt down before the Precious Body and Blood of your divine Son, and prayed a profound prayer of adoration and reparation for all the sins of mankind, may we too offer prayers of adoration and reparation to God, and partake worthily of Holy Communion; and through the infinite merits of His most Sacred Heart, and your Immaculate Heart, may we earnestly pray for the conversion of sinners.

Now make your petition to Our Lady of Fatima and then pray the Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be

Day 4

Our Lady of the Rosary, you came from heaven in May 1917, with a message of prayer and peace. You asked the children if they would be willing to offer themselves to God and bear all the sufferings He sent them, as an act of reparation for the conversion of sinners. May we too make such an offering, and accept that, like the children, this may well involve us in suffering, but that the grace of God will also be our comfort.

Now make your petition to Our Lady of Fatima and then pray the Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be

Day 5

Our Lady of the Rosary, you came from heaven in June 1917, to ask the children to pray the rosary every day to bring peace to the world. You also asked that devotion to your Immaculate Heart be spread throughout the world, and promised salvation to all who embrace this devotion. Through your intercession may we, too, have the grace to pray the Rosary every day and to embrace this devotion to you, confident that whatever we have to suffer in life, you will never forsake us, in the knowledge that your Immaculate Heart will be our refuge and the way that will lead us to God.

Now make your petition to Our Lady of Fatima and then pray the Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be

Day 6

Our Lady of the Rosary, you came from heaven in July 1917, to ask the children to continue to pray the Rosary every day to bring peace to the world. You also asked them to sacrifice themselves for sinners, and say many times, especially when they made some sacrifice: ‘O Jesus, it is for love of You, for the conversion of sinners, and in reparation for the sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary.’ May we too have the grace to make such sacrifices, both for ourselves and for those in danger of going to hell.

Now make your petition to Our Lady of Fatima and then pray the Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be

Day 7

Our Lady of the Rosary, you came from heaven in August 1917, and urged the children to continue to say the Rosary every day, and also asked them to, ‘Pray, pray very much, and make sacrifices for sinners; for many souls go to hell, because there are none to sacrifice themselves and pray for them.’ May we too have the grace to pray and make sacrifices for ourselves, our families and friends, and the Church and the world.

Now make your petition to Our Lady of Fatima and then pray the Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be

Day 8

Our Lady of the Rosary, you came from heaven in September 1917, and once more urged the children to pray the Rosary daily. You also told them that God was pleased with their sacrifices. May we, too, have the grace to pray and make sacrifices for the love of God and in reparation for the sins against your Immaculate Heart. You promised the children, too, that you would cure the sick; give us compassion for those who are suffering sickness, and a great faith in your power to heal.

Now make your petition to Our Lady of Fatima and then pray the Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be

Day 9

Our Lady of the Rosary, you came from heaven in October 1917, asking that a chapel be built in your honour at the Cova da Iria. May we always have the grace to honour you, to pray the Rosary daily, and to pray to you as Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima. Above all, may we have the grace to take your final words at Fatima to heart: “Do not offend the Lord our God any more, because He is already so much offended.”

Now make your petition to Our Lady of Fatima and then pray the Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be
